On July 16, CareerWise had the honor of joining CoorsTek, Inc. for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new CoorsTek Academy, a landmark partnership advancing workforce development in Colorado. Our CareerWise apprentices were thrilled to witness Governor Jared Polis officially cut the ribbon.

The CoorsTek Academy represents more than just a facility—it is a strategic investment in scalable, industry-aligned technical training designed to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing. In collaboration with Red Rocks Community College, the Academy will offer shared curriculum and access to expert instructors, accelerating learning and preparing a pipeline of skilled talent for the future.

By leveraging shared resources and faculty expertise, the Academy serves as a regional hub to strengthen the manufacturing value chain, drive innovation, and support not only CoorsTek but also the broader community and its suppliers.
