This plan is our first comprehensive roadmap, spanning the work of our flagship markets in Colorado and New York, as well as our national field-building efforts that provide tools, technical assistance, and guidance to affiliates and partners. At its core, it reinforces our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for all young people, empowering them to launch careers, gain skills, and realize their potential.
