CONNECTING COLORADO TO CAREERS

Youth apprenticeships go beyond job training—they serve as a catalyst for personal, professional, and community growth. By bridging education and industry while prioritizing community and diversity, our youth apprenticeship programs pave the way for a brighter future for everyone.

THE PROGRAM

  • 2-3 year – competency based, registered with USDOL, work with over 10 school districts in CO
  • Quarterly Supervisor Trainings
  • Apprentice Trainings: Business Essentials, CareerWise Orientation: Unboxing Apprenticeship, Unleashing Your Authentic Self, Apprentice Alliance

TEACHER DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP

Our Teacher Degree Apprenticeship is an earn-while-you-learn program designed for working adults. Apprentices gain paid classroom experience, earn teaching degree credits, and take online courses to apply new skills immediately.

Apprentices Can Expect To:
  • Count paid, on-the-job learning toward their teaching degree requirements
  • Take college classes for their teacher licensure remotely (in the evenings and online)
  • Work for their local district while completing their degree and licensure
