With the direction of a Developer, Junior Coders create, modify, or write code. Junior coders perform a number of duties that focus on coding languages based on what the company and its clients/stakeholders need.

You are a team player who does well in maintaining open communication with others and wants to help get things done and gather as much information as possible.
You like learning new things and understanding the “how” behind what makes software and computer applications work – you might lose yourself down a Wikipedia rabbit hole or constantly look up Youtube videos to learn how to do something new.
You are comfortable with technology. You might be the person others come to for tech help and don’t have a problem learning about it if you don’t already know.
