Their expertise and leadership will help drive CareerWise’s mission to create equitable pathways from education to career through apprenticeship.

About Daniel Serota
Daniel Serota is the Vice President of Government and Public Affairs at Aon, where he leads U.S. public policy and political initiatives. With over a decade of experience in public affairs, he has shaped strategic engagement with policymakers while advocating for workforce development.
About Tal Goldhamer
Tal Goldhamer is the Founder and CEO of Find The Tailwind, a strategic consultancy established in July 2024. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s College of Professional Studies, demonstrating his commitment to education and workforce development.
