Noel Parish

Noel Parish is the Vice President of Program and Pathway Design at CareerWise USA. She brings 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership. Noel started her career as an English teacher and instructional coach at a Big Picture Learning high school in the Bronx. In 2012, Noel designed and launched the Bronx Compass High School focused on career pathways in video game design, media arts, software engineering, and sound production.

In 2017, as the Executive Director of Schools That Can NYC, Noel launched the Maker Partnership Program with the National Science Foundation and oversaw programming across 35 New York City elementary, middle, and high schools. In 2019, Noel became the founding Vice President of K12 Education at CareerWise New York and in 2021 helped launch the Career Readiness and Modern Youth Apprenticeship Initiative with New York City Public Schools. Next, as Chief Innovation Officer at CareerWise New York, Noel has launched two healthcare pathways in Nursing and Radiology in partnership with New York Jobs CEO Council.

Noel holds licenses in School Building Leadership and Professional Teaching and a certificate from ETH Zurich for Education Reformers. She received her Masters of Arts in Education Administration, Leadership, and Technology from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and her B.S. in Democracy and Education from Ohio University.
