Djenaba Cooper graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an Office Administration degree. She worked in Customer Service/Customer Experience for 5 years before discovering her true passion, and breaking into the tech field. She now serves as a Jr. Salesforce Administrator at CareerWise.

She resides in Gary, Indiana (sharing the hometown of Michael Jackson!), and enjoys spending time with family and learning new things as often as possible.
