At CareerWise, we’re building a brand new system of modern youth apprenticeship where young people of all backgrounds are learning, growing, and thriving as they forge their own unique paths to post-secondary success. In order to grow our impact, we’re becoming an inclusive organization where the diversity of our program is reflected in our staff, and where each individual’s unique background is valued for the perspective it adds to our collective vision. We’re leading the way in bridging traditional gaps between systems in our country, and we can’t do that unless our team is able to collaborate meaningfully across perceived differences that other institutions too often see as barriers.
If you’ve got the skills, please join us; we’d value your contribution to our mission, no matter your race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, ability, educational background, socioeconomic status, or any other part of your identity.
