Jana Persky is the VP of Product Operations at CareerWise USA, where she leads the team that provides products and services to support a national network of youth apprenticeship practitioners. She joined CareerWise as Chief of Staff in July 2021 and transitioned into the VP role in Spring 2023.

Before joining CareerWise, Jana worked across the public, private and philanthropic sectors. As a project manager for ZOMALAB, a family office, Jana focused on community economic development strategies. She also worked at the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) where she led the state’s Opportunity Zone program, which drove community-oriented investments in economic development. Jana started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Jana graduated with a degree in Public Policy from Stanford University. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, hanging with her puppies, and exploring all the outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
