The Education and Apprenticeship Accelerator (EAA) brings together states and industry leaders for focused policy advocacy that connects high school career pathways directly to registered apprenticeship opportunities. EAA mobilizes coalitions to remove barriers and advance policies that make it easier for young people to transition from classroom learning to paid, credentialed work.

There is a growing gap between education and apprenticeship, which leads to missed opportunities for workforce development. At the same time, students need experiences to navigate and thrive in career pathways vital for American economic growth.

EAA – a coalition made up of leading states, labor, and industry partners– advocates for systems level policy change to fill this gap.
