Leading a National Movement
In 2016 we set out to create more pathways to career success for young people in America. Today, we’ve done more than build a gold standard for youth apprenticeship—we’re leading a national movement.
Impact on the Ground
We’re not doing this from a distance. We’re on the ground every day, running flagship programs in Colorado and New York City to support nearly 2,500 high school apprentices as they earn while they learn.
A Growing National Network
We’ve established affiliates in Buffalo, Elkhart, Indianapolis, and Washington D.C., and support 80+ intermediary partners bringing this work to their communities. We’ve also built 35+ apprenticeship-to-career pathways in industries from healthcare to advanced manufacturing—many in fields where apprenticeship has never existed before.
