How It Works

The Hub consists of four integrated components that work together to power successful apprenticeship programs:

Hiring Hub

A custom-built applicant tracking system where students create skills-based profiles, employers post opportunities, and AI powered matching connects the right students to the right roles.

Apprenticeship Hub

The central operating system for managing apprenticeships. Track Related Technical Instruction (RTI) and On-the-Job Training (OJT), conduct competency evaluations, manage timelines, share documents, and monitor progress–all in one place.

Pre-Apprenticeship Hub

Schools can track pre-apprenticeship coursework and activities in collaboration with community colleges and other training providers. This component bridges the gap between early career exploration and formal apprenticeship programs.

The Learning Hub

A learning management system (LMS) featuring curated training content, coaching guides, and grab-and-go resources for employers, intermediaries, and apprentices. Assign courses, track completion, and support teams at every level.

  • CareerWise courses on upskilling, youth development, and career-ready skills
  • Learning paths with certifications, including but not limited to Social Capital, Business Essentials, AI fundamentals
