CareerWise is proud to share that Noel Ginsburg, Founder and CEO of CareerWise, has been named the 2026 Hall of Fame honoree by Denver Business Journal as part of its 40 Under 40 awards program.
The 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame recognizes past winners whose leadership and impact have continued to grow over time. Noel was first named to Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class in 1997. Nearly 30 years later, this honor reflects the lasting influence of his work in business, workforce development, and education.
This recognition highlights Noel’s role in advancing apprenticeship as a skills-first pathway for young people and a strong talent solution for employers. After leading Intertech Plastics for more than four decades, Noel founded CareerWise Colorado in 2016 to help students connect classroom learning with real-world work experience. What began in Colorado has since grown into a national apprenticeship network, supporting employers, educators, and apprentices across multiple states.
While this award honors Noel, it also reflects the collective work behind CareerWise. The progress of youth apprenticeship has been driven by employers, educators, partners, apprentices, and staff who believe in building pathways that lead to opportunity and economic mobility.
Denver Business Journal will formally recognize Noel at the 40 Under 40 Awards Dinner on March 12, 2026, celebrating the program’s 30th anniversary.
