In just a few short years we’ve seen more than 400 apprentices hired into apprenticeships that will lead to high-growth, high-paying careers. On Friday, June 7 we held its first annual Apprenticeship Rising event for the Front Range at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The event marked the official launch of our third cohort and awarded students who have excelled in their apprenticeship in the Denver Metro area. We also celebrated the region’s community of amazing employer and education partners that make modern youth apprenticeship possible in Colorado.
The ceremony was expertly emceed by third-year Arrow Electronics apprentices Victoria Long and Jordan Monk, and many of the more than 170 new apprentices were onsite to be recognized for their prestigious positions with some of Colorado’s most forward-looking companies.
