For Apprentices: A Lifechanging Opportunity

Apprenticeships don’t just teach career skills– they change lives. Students get the chance to access meaningful opportunities, decide their career and higher education goals, and achieve economic mobility, all while showing employers what they are truly capable of.

A Proven Talent Strategy for Businesses

CareerWise New York apprentices bring real value to the workplace while developing critical skills for long-term success. By the third year of their program, apprentice proficiency in their career pathway outpaces the cost to businesses, making the apprenticeship model both cost-effective and high-impact. Beyond productivity, apprenticeships also strengthen company culture and support broader workforce development goals.
